We accept NC Medicaid, the Innovations Waiver, Cap DA/C (Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults/Children), and Private Pay.

What is the Innovations Waiver?

The Innovations Waiver is a NC Medicaid program that provides home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who would otherwise require institutional care. It covers a wide range of supports including community living, respite, and behavioral health services.

Once a referral is received and eligibility is confirmed, we work as quickly as possible to begin services. Timelines vary depending on the type of service and funding source, but we prioritize urgent needs.

Yes. We believe in consistent caregiver matching and work to pair individuals with caregivers who are the right fit for their personality, needs, and preferences.
